Spiralling is owned and run by Nicola Kelsall and is based in Nottinghamshire in the East Midlands.
Nicola is a fully qualified teacher with a degree in World Religion and has been teaching meditation to teenagers for around seven years. She has also taught yoga to pre-school children. Nicola is registered and insured with the ICM as a student sound therapist and will qualify in just a few months.
