About Us

Spiralling is owned and run by Nicola and Tom Kelsall and is based in Nottinghamshire in the East Midlands.

Nicola trained with the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) and was the first person in the UK to gain a Certificate in Sound Therapy. She is registered with the ICM and listed on the British Register of Complementary Practitioners and is fully insured.

Nicola is also a fully qualified teacher with a degree in World Religion and has been teaching meditation to teenagers since 2000. She has taught yoga adventure classes to pre-school children and is the voice behind Spiralling's range of Guided Meditation CDs.

Tom trained with a well known flute maker to learn the craft of producing Native American flutes. Visitors to the events we attend can regularly hear Tom's flute playing - CDs will be available in the near future! Tom's handmade Native American flutes are also for sale through our shop and at shows.

Spiralling regularly exhibits at Mind, Body and Spirit events throughout the East Midlands. Please do come and see us; we love to meet our customers and you can buy from our fantastic ranges and try out a Sound Therapy treatment.
